Fellowships for young researchers



The application for young researcher fellowships is closed as of April 29, 2007. 33 fellowships have been granted. Every applicant has been contacted individually by e-mail.

A few fellowships are proposed to young researchers who need financial aid to participate in the conference.

The fellowships will only partially cover local expenses, and the applicants will need to seek additional funding in any event.

The fellowships will be attributed to doctoral students, or post-doctoral fellows, under the age of 35, whose research activities are (broadly) related to the themes developed during the conference.

Applicants are requested to send by

April 29, 2007 (firm deadline)

the following documents:
  • a résumé (curriculum vitae) with e-mail address, date of birth and current professional affiliation;
  • a list of publications;
  • a short description of research work (under one page);
  • a reference letter.

    • The documents should be precise but concise. Do not include preprints or reprints.

    An e-mail will be sent to each applicant by May 15 to inform him/her of the outcome of his/her application.
