Call for Abstracts

PICOF will feature invited talks, minisymposia, a poster session and contributed talks. We invite you to submit an extended abstract of two pages for consideration for either a CONTRIBUTED TALK or a POSTER during PICOF'12. The oral presentations are 20 minutes each, including questions and discussion. The posters will be presented during a special poster session without parallel events.

Instructions for submission

If not already done, you first have to proceed to (pre)registration. You will receive an email containing the instructions to log in your PICOF account. Once loged, you will be able to submit your intervention on your information page.

Abtract(s) Format

The abstract should introduce the subject of the talk or poster, and contain all essential results. It should be uploaded on your PICOF account. Only PDF format is allowed. We invite you to use the PICOF'12 LaTeX template files. Moreover, we also ask for a very small abstract in plain text consisting only of some few lines. Only submissions containing PDF and small plain abstracts will be reviewed.

Schedule

Submission deadline has passed. Slides should be uploaded before March the 28th.

The organizing committee will proceed to the review of the submitted abstracts under the supervision of the scientific committee. The results of the abstract selection will be communicated before November 15, 2011. Note that all abstracts will be reviewed even if your registration (in particular payment of the fees) is not complete.
