R.I. 348 Time-Harmonic Electromagnetic Fields in Thin Chiral Curved Layers by H. Ammari and J. C. Nedelec In this paper, we prove existence and uniqueness of the solution to the diffraction problem of a plane electromagnetic field by a chiral curved layer covering a perfectly conducting object. Equivalent boundary conditions are given for thin chiral curved layers and optimal error estimates are obtained.
