    at high frequencies using the on-surface
          radiation condition method

Abstract:  This paper deals with the scattering problem 
of acoustic and electromagnetic waves by thin periodic
layers at high frequencies. The  on-surface radiation
condition method is  employed to  simplify the numerical 
computations of reflected and transmitted waves.
