Erratum: The RT_succ columns in Table 3 do not show the average number of function evaluations of all Nsucc successful trials, but the average number of Nsucc arbitrary trials. Additionally, the last entry in the same column, where the median number of function evaluations of all unsuccessful trials is shown, can be up to 12% too small.

Minor erratum: For the computation of w_i in Section 2, we have in fact used 
   ln(mu+1/2) in place of ln(mu+1) as given.
